QAOA with configurable mixer unitaries for combinatorial optimization. The standard X-mixer explores all bitstrings for unconstrained problems (MaxCut, Max-SAT), while the XY-mixer preserves Hamming weight for constrained problems (TSP, portfolio selection with cardinality bounds). Implements cost layer via ZZ decomposition (CNOT-RZ-CNOT) and supports p-layer depth scaling.
