This disclosure covers the journalistic-editorial content of the QubitHub site (notably the blog at /blog). User-uploaded content (circuits, datasets, comments) is the responsibility of the respective uploader; the procedures in our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service Section 9 govern reports and takedowns.

In accordance with § 36 VSBG (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz), we inform consumers that we do not participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer-arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) and we are not obliged to do so.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this site in accordance with § 7(1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or disable the use of information under general laws remain unaffected; liability in this respect only applies from the moment a specific legal violation is identified. We will remove unlawful content immediately upon becoming aware of it.
