Finds both ground and first excited states of the hydrogen molecule (H2) using Variational Quantum Deflation (VQD) — a sequential variational algorithm that adds overlap penalties to enforce orthogonality between solutions. The energy gap to the first excited state (~0.85 Ha) determines the molecule's UV absorption spectrum.
